Meet Lukas
After moving from NY to explore the beauty of Lake Tahoe, I found that I could not allow myself to leave this incredible community. My passions include skiing, backpacking, biking, and spending time on the lake or at the beach, all of which Tahoe can accommodate. In my time here, I finished my bachelor’s degree in business at Sierra Nevada College, while working full time as the Director of Marketing for Compass in Tahoe (formerly Pacific Union). Shortly after, I acquired my real estate license in both California and Nevada, honing my attention on the wonderful community of Incline Village, NV.
In this position, I was able to gather a plethora of marketing strategies designed to successfully place homes in the best spotlight. Aside from marketing, I understand the importance of putting my clients interests over my own, having empathy for their goals, and how to help them realize their Lake Tahoe dreams. I invest heavily in understanding local nuances, market conditions, and advanced negotiation skills to give my clients the best possible outcome.
Meet Reese
Reese LaMoureaux is an enthusiastic real estate professional with a passion for luxury homes and a deep connection to the breathtaking Lake Tahoe area. With an education foundation of architecture and interior design, Reese relocated to this adventure haven in 2007 for her first job out of college and has never found any reason to leave.
Her design-build experience here in Tahoe includes the construction of high-end residences, lakefront estates, a multi-structure residential compound and a historical hospitality project. Blending this experience with the real estate industry makes Reese a trusted resource for the Brassie group team to help sellers highlight and buyers find properties that exude excellence in design, sophistication and a devotion to quality craftsmanship.
With licenses she is currently reinstating in both California and Nevada, coupled with her in-depth knowledge of design and construction, Reese will soon be an invaluable resource for clients looking to buy or sell in this unique, Lake Tahoe market. Her expertise and teaming up with the Brassie Group ensure that her clients receive top-notch guidance throughout their real estate journey.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Reese finds balance and joy in her personal life with her two daughters. She cherishes family time, volunteering for her daughters’ school, supporting their activities and artistic hobbies. She is on a constant quest for personal development through the many growth opportunities and challenges that parenting can provide. She aims to inspire awareness and healing in others through her parent coaching program.
Reese embraces the natural wonders of Lake Tahoe through hobbies like hiking, skiing, snowboarding, e-foiling, and boating. She loves excellent food, perfecting her own culinary skills and traveling to enjoy unique tastes around the world. Her travels have taken her to Chile, Singapore, the U.K., Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, China, the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand. From a “Sound of Music” bicycle tour in Salzburg, snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef, to kayaking the fjords of the Milford sound, Reese thrives on exploration and adventure.
With a warm and approachable demeanor, Reese is committed to serving the Brassie Group team in meeting the needs of the Lake Tahoe community.
